This is WW2 era military issue I believe, and would have come stocked with bandages and antiseptics. With wall mounting hardware still attached, a very good one for hanging in the bathroom now I think stocked with the same. 9 1 4" t x 7 1 4"w x 2 3 8"not including wall mounts. Good condition
